Every stone that leaves our facility has passed through a rigorous multi-stage inspection process overseen by experienced quality controllers. From raw block selection at the quarry to the final surface finish, we measure, examine, and verify at every checkpoint.
Our quality team verifies dimensional accuracy, surface flatness, finish consistency, colour uniformity and edge quality against the client's approved sample before any product is cleared for packaging. We maintain comprehensive inspection records for traceability and accountability on every shipment.
Our Quality Control Process
Raw Block Inspection
Every block is visually inspected and tested for structural integrity, vein patterns, and colour consistency before entering the cutting line.
Dimensional Verification
All cut pieces are measured for thickness, length, and width using calibrated instruments. Tolerances are held to ±1mm on all dimensions.
Surface Finish Check
Polish grade, honing quality, and flamed or brushed textures are assessed under controlled lighting and compared against approved samples.
Shade & Tone Matching
Batches are sorted for colour consistency to ensure matching tones across all pieces in a single shipment or project order.
Edge & Corner Inspection
Edge profiles, chamfers, and corners are checked for chips, cracks, and profile accuracy before the piece is approved for packaging.
Final Sign-Off
A senior QC officer reviews the complete lot and signs off before packaging begins. Each crate is tagged with a QC reference number.
