No Child Labour

  • Full compliance with Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu child labour laws.
  • Strict minimum age policy of 18 years for all factory and quarry roles.
  • Explicit prohibition of child labour enforced across all supplier and sub-contractor relationships.

No Forced Labour
