Export-Grade Packaging for Safe Global Delivery
The final step before your order leaves our facility is equally as important as the first. Our dedicated packaging unit ensures every stone reaches your destination — whether in the USA, UK, Europe, or Australia — in exactly the same condition it left our factory in. We use export-grade, sea-worthy packaging materials designed to withstand ocean freight conditions.
Slabs and tiles are individually wrapped in foam or bubble wrap, stacked on sturdy wooden pallets, strapped with PP bands, and loaded into numbered wooden crates or bundles. Monuments and statues receive additional foam wrapping, corner guards, and reinforced crating. Container loading is done by trained staff using forklifts to maximise safety and space efficiency.

Wooden Crates & Bundles
Custom-built export-grade wooden crates are used for tiles, slabs, and smaller monument pieces. Each crate is individually numbered and labelled with product details.

Container Loading
Packed crates and pallets are loaded into 20ft or 40ft shipping containers by trained staff using forklifts and manual handling equipment, optimised for safe stacking and maximum load efficiency.

Outdoor Packing Yard

Forklift & Logistics
